Chris was absolutely fantastic. I have done several different courses over the years with different providers, but have never left with as much confidence in the role than I did this time around. Chris was also deeply insightful and made time for people during the day, a real tailored approach to the people in the room. I have already requested that we approach Chris each time training is required as it was so good.
